Join Landmark Conservancy’s Conservation Specialist Charly Kearns on a snowy hike along the Brownstone Trail during the Bayfield Winter Festival. We’ll learn interesting facts about nature in the winter season and what we can look forward to as spring starts to arrive. We’ll leave from Wild Rice Retreat where you can enjoy community yoga before your invigorating hike! Depending on the weather, snowshoes may be recommended.
Location: Meet at Wild Rice Retreat, 84860 Old San Rd, Bayfield. Participants should park in one of the two parking areas close to the retreat center.
What to bring: Dress in layers and for the weather! Depending on weather, bring snowshoes, snow boots, water, and snacks.
Hike Length: Approximately 1.5 miles
Amenities: Restrooms are available at Wild Rice Retreat.
