Event Description:
You can choose to be shuttled back to the start by car or make it a 4-mile round trip hike and head back by trail. This area of Sampson Township has Landmark’s highest density of conservation projects to date, totaling nearly 3,000 acres.
Location: Start at David R. Obey Ice Age Interpretive Center in New Auburn, WI
Hike Length: 2 miles one way; 4 miles round trip (optional)
What to bring: Bring water and a snack. Dress appropriately for the weather. Wear sturdy shoes with ankle support and bring insect and sun protection.
Amenities: Bathrooms are available at the start of the hike at the Obey Interpretive Center.
