Meridean Barrens Celebration

Landmark Conservancy, Lower Chippewa River Alliance, Wisconsin DNR and Xcel Energy leaders wish to gather and celebrate the permanent protection of the 364-acre Meridean Barrens property, the most recent addition to a complex of protected lands in the area! Please join us for light refreshments and a short program. Take a walk through oak barrens and prairie, and enjoy scenic views of protected land in the Lower Chippewa River valley.
